すべてのレッスンはGoogle Meetを使用したオンラインレッスンです。予約後、自動的にGoogle MeetのリンクがメールでE送られます。

All lessons are online via Google Meet. After booking you'll receive a Meet link automatically by email. All you need is a device and an internet connection.

3ヶ月・年間プランには一時停止オプションがあります。3ヶ月プランは合計4週間まで、年間プランは合計12週間まで一時停止が可能です。1週間単位で何度でも分割してご利用いただけます。一時停止中はレッスンが凍結され、終了日が停止日数分だけ自動的に延長されます。レッスンが無駄になることはありません。

3-Month plan: Pause for up to 4 weeks total — use it all at once or a week at a time. Your lessons wait, your end date moves forward.

Annual plan: Pause for up to 12 weeks total across the year — life happens, your lessons wait.

Pauses require 3 days notice, cannot be started in the first 2 weeks of a new plan, and must be taken in minimum 1-week blocks. No lessons are ever lost.

未使用のレッスンは翌月に繰り越されます。ただし、蓄積できる上限があります。月払い・3ヶ月プランは月間枚数の1.5倍まで、年間プランは2倍まで積み立て可能です。例えば、レギュラー3ヶ月プラン（月8回）の場合、最大12回まで積み立てできます。

Unused lessons roll over and accumulate up to a cap. Monthly and 3-Month plans accumulate up to 1.5× your monthly allowance. Annual plans accumulate up to 2× — a reward for the biggest commitment. For example, a Regular 3-Month student (8/month) can bank up to 12 lessons. A Regular Annual student can bank up to 16.

月払いプラン：最後の購入から30日後に失効します。毎月購入すると30日の時計がリセットされます。

3ヶ月・年間プラン：プラン有効期間中は失効しません。プラン終了後は30日間の猶予期間があり、その間に残りのレッスンをご利用いただけます。更新しない場合、猶予期間終了後に失効します。

失効が近づいた場合は、LINEにて日本語でお知らせします。レッスンを無駄にしてほしくないので、必ずご連絡します。

Monthly plan: Lessons expire 30 days after your most recent purchase. Buying each month resets the clock.

3-Month & Annual plans: Lessons never expire while your plan is active. After the plan ends, you have a 30-day grace period to use your remaining balance. We'll remind you personally via LINE before anything expires — we want you to use every lesson you've paid for.

The monthly plan doesn't have a formal pause feature — but it rarely needs one. If life gets busy, simply don't purchase that month. Any lessons you've already bought remain valid for 30 days from your most recent purchase. When you're ready to restart, just buy again and the 30-day clock resets.

Yes. If you book two consecutive slots, they become a single 55-minute lesson rather than two separate 25-minute sessions. This lets the conversation breathe — deeper topics, more natural flow, no awkward restart in the middle. Two credits are used.
