本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、JawsChat（PTV — Polmeartagami Ventures 運営）が提供するオンライン英会話サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。体験レッスンの予約、プランのご購入、または本サービスの利用開始をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online English conversation service provided by JawsChat, operated by PTV (Polmeartagami Ventures). Please read these Terms carefully before using the service. By booking a trial lesson, purchasing a plan, or using the service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
「当社」とは、PTV（Polmeartagami Ventures）およびJawsChatブランドを運営する事業体を指します。
「生徒」とは、本サービスを利用するすべての個人を指します。
「講師」とは、JawsChatを通じて英会話レッスンを提供する認定指導者を指します。
「レッスン」とは、Google Meetを通じて行われる25分間のオンライン英会話セッションを指します。
「プラン」とは、当社が提供する月払いのサブスクリプションを指します。
「クレジット」とは、購入済みのレッスン予約権を指します。
「請求日」とは、生徒が最初にプランを購入した日付、またはその30日後ごとの更新日を指します。
"We", "us", or "our" refers to PTV (Polmeartagami Ventures) and the JawsChat brand.
"Student" means any individual who uses the service.
"Teacher" means any qualified instructor delivering lessons through JawsChat.
"Lesson" means a 25-minute online English conversation session conducted via Google Meet.
"Plan" means any monthly subscription offered by us.
"Credit" means a purchased entitlement to book one lesson.
"Billing date" means the date on which a student first purchased a plan, and every 30 days thereafter.
JawsChatは、ネイティブ英語講師による25分間のオンライン英会話レッスンを提供します。すべてのレッスンはGoogle Meetを使用して実施されます。レッスンは教科書やスクリプトを使用せず、生徒の目標・レベル・興味に合わせた完全カスタマイズ形式で行われます。
JawsChat provides 25-minute online English conversation lessons delivered by a qualified native English-speaking teacher via Google Meet. Lessons follow a conversational approach tailored to each student's goals, level, and interests — no textbooks, no scripts.
生徒が2コマ連続で予約した場合、そのレッスンは55分間の連続レッスンとして実施されます。連続レッスンは2クレジットを消化します。3コマ以上の連続予約は原則として受け付けておりません。
When a student books two consecutive lesson slots, those sessions are delivered as a single 55-minute lesson. A back-to-back booking uses 2 credits. Bookings of 3 or more consecutive slots are not available as standard — please contact us if you have a specific requirement.
当社は、事前に通知することにより、提供するサービスの内容、機能、または形式を変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更がある場合は、登録済みのメールアドレスまたはLINEにて事前にご通知します。
We reserve the right to modify aspects of the service with prior notice. For significant changes, we will notify students via their registered email address or LINE account in advance.
当社は以下の4つの月払いプランを提供します。すべてのレッスンは25分間です。すべての料金は日本円（JPY）で表示されており、入会金・隠れた費用は一切ありません。
We offer four monthly plans. All sessions are 25 minutes. Prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY). There are no enrolment fees or hidden charges.

プランの変更（アップグレード・ダウングレード）は、次回の請求日に適用されます。変更が適用されるまでは現在のプランが継続されます。請求日に新しいクレジットが付与された後、合計残高が新プランの上限を超える場合、超過分は失効します。
Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) take effect on your next billing date. Your current plan continues until then. On the billing date, new credits are added at the new plan rate, and the total balance is then checked against the new plan's cap — any excess is forfeited at that point.
すべての支払いはStripeを通じてクレジットカードまたはデビットカードにて処理されます。対応カード：Visa、Mastercard、American Express、JCB。支払いは日本円（JPY）にて処理されます。
All payments are processed securely via Stripe using credit or debit card. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. All transactions are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
各プランは月払いで、30日ごとに自動更新されます。請求日は最初のお支払い日から30日ごとに設定されます。解約はいつでも生徒ポータルから行うことができます。解約後は次回の請求が発生せず、現在の30日間のクレジットは期間終了まで有効です。
Each plan is billed monthly and renews automatically every 30 days. Your billing date is set 30 days from your first payment and repeats every 30 days thereafter. You may cancel at any time via the student portal. After cancellation, no further charges are made and your existing credits remain valid until the end of your current 30-day period.
支払いが処理できなかった場合、現在の30日間のクレジットは期間終了まで有効です。支払いが確認されない場合、期間終了後はレッスンの予約ができなくなります。未払いが続く場合はLINEまたはメールにてご連絡します。
If a payment cannot be processed, your existing credits remain valid until the end of your current 30-day period. If payment is not received, you will not be able to book lessons after that date. We will contact you via LINE or email to resolve the issue.
体験レッスンは¥1,000（税込）にて提供されます。体験レッスンは1名につき1回のみご利用いただけます。体験レッスンは25分間で、通常のレッスンと同一の形式で実施されます。体験レッスン後、プランへのご加入をご案内しますが、強制ではありません。体験レッスン料金は、レッスン実施後は返金されません。
A trial lesson is available for ¥1,000 — one trial per student, per lifetime. The trial is a standard 25-minute lesson in the same format as regular lessons. Following the trial you will be invited to join a plan, but there is no obligation to do so. The trial fee is non-refundable once the lesson has taken place.
体験レッスンのキャンセルは、レッスン開始24時間前までに行ってください。24時間以上前のキャンセルの場合、1回に限り日程変更が可能です。24時間以内のキャンセルまたは無断欠席の場合、¥1,000は返金されません。
Trial lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
予約済みレッスンのキャンセルには以下のポリシーが適用されます。
・ 24時間以上前のキャンセル：回数制限なし。クレジットは残高に返還されます。
・ 24時間以内のキャンセル：レッスンは消化扱いとなり、クレジットは返還されません。
・ 無断欠席：レッスンは消化扱いとなり、クレジットは返還されません。
Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice: Unlimited. The credit is returned to your balance.
Cancellation within 24 hours: The lesson is counted as used. No credit is returned.
No-show (no contact): The lesson is counted as used. No credit is returned.
当社または講師の都合によりレッスンをキャンセルする場合、該当レッスンのクレジットは即時返還されます。当社起因のキャンセルが続く場合、代替レッスンの提供または追加クレジットの付与により対応します。
If we or the teacher cancel a lesson for any reason on our side, the lesson credit is returned immediately. If a pattern of teacher-side cancellations causes inconvenience, we will offer a replacement lesson or additional credit as compensation.
未使用のクレジットは翌月に繰り越されますが、各プランに上限（キャップ）が設けられています。請求日に新しいクレジットが先に付与され、その後の合計残高が上限を超えた場合、超過分が失効します。クレジットは最後のお支払いから30日後に失効します。
Unused credits roll over to the next 30-day period, subject to a cap. On your billing date, new credits are added first. The total balance is then checked against your plan's cap — any amount above the cap is forfeited at that point. All credits expire 30 days after your last payment if no renewal is made.

例：レギュラープラン（月8回、上限12回）の生徒が5クレジットを残して請求日を迎えた場合、8クレジットが新たに付与され、合計13クレジットになります。上限の12を超えているため、1クレジットが失効し、残高は12クレジットとなります。
Example: A Regular plan student (8/month, cap 12) reaches their billing date with 5 credits remaining. 8 new credits are added first, bringing the total to 13. As this exceeds the cap of 12, 1 credit is forfeited and the balance becomes 12.
クレジットの失効が近づいた場合、LINEまたはメールにて自動通知をお送りします。できるだけ多くのレッスンをご活用いただけるよう、余裕をもってお知らせします。
When your credits are approaching expiry, you will receive an automated notification via LINE or email. We send this with enough lead time for you to book and use your remaining lessons before they expire.
JawsChatは月払いで自動更新されますが、長期契約はありません。休会を希望する場合は、生徒ポータルのキャンセルボタンから解約手続きを行ってください。解約はいつでも可能で、自動更新が停止されます。現在の30日間のクレジットは期間終了まで有効です。
JawsChat renews automatically each month, but there is no long-term commitment. To pause the service, cancel via the student portal at any time. Cancellation stops your automatic renewal immediately. Your existing credits remain valid until the end of your current 30-day period.
解約後もアカウントは保持されます。いつでも再度プランを購入することでサービスを再開できます。再開時には、以前のレッスン記録・進捗情報がそのまま引き継がれます。未使用クレジットは解約時に失効します。
Your account remains active after cancellation. You can resume the service at any time by purchasing a new plan. Your lesson history and progress notes are retained and will be available when you return. Any unused credits at the time of cancellation expire at the end of that 30-day period.
解約は生徒ポータルのキャンセルボタンから30日サイクル中いつでも行えます。解約後、次回の自動更新および請求は停止されます。現在の30日間のクレジットは期間終了まで有効です。解約に違約金は一切発生しません。
You may cancel at any time during your 30-day cycle via the cancel button in your student portal. After cancellation, your automatic renewal is stopped and no further charges are made. Your existing credits remain valid until the end of your current 30-day period. There is no penalty for cancelling at any time.
月払いプランの性質上、原則として返金は行いません。ただし、以下の例外的な事情がある場合は個別にご相談ください：重篤な疾病または怪我（医師の診断書が必要）、家族の緊急事態、その他当社が合理的と判断する特別な事情。返金の判断はすべて当社の裁量に委ねられます。
Due to the monthly nature of the service, refunds are not issued as standard. However, we recognise that exceptional circumstances arise. The following may be considered for a pro-rata refund at our sole discretion: serious illness or injury (medical documentation required), family emergency, or other circumstances we deem genuinely exceptional. All refund decisions rest with JawsChat/PTV.
JawsChatは、生徒と特定の講師との継続的な関係を重視しています。原則として、ご契約期間中は同じ講師が担当します。やむを得ない事情により担当講師が変更となる場合は、速やかにご連絡し、適切な後任講師をご紹介します。
JawsChat values the ongoing relationship between student and teacher. We endeavour to provide the same teacher throughout your time with us. If a teacher becomes unavailable for any reason, we will notify you promptly and introduce a suitable replacement. You will have the opportunity to meet the replacement teacher before committing to continued lessons.
担当講師の変更をご希望の場合は、LINEまたはメールにてご連絡ください。変更の理由をお知らせいただく必要はありません。
If you would like to request a different teacher, please contact us via LINE or email. You are not required to provide a reason. We will accommodate reasonable requests subject to teacher availability.
生徒が遅刻した場合、レッスン終了時刻は変わりません。講師はレッスン開始時刻から15分間お待ちします。15分を過ぎても接続がない場合は無断欠席とみなし、クレジットは消化扱いとなります。
If a student arrives late, the lesson ends at the originally scheduled time. The teacher will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If no connection is made within 15 minutes, the lesson is treated as a no-show and the credit is used.
講師が遅刻した場合、レッスン時間はフルの25分を確保します。これが難しい場合、同等の補填（追加クレジットまたは延長レッスン）を提供します。
If the teacher is late, the full 25-minute lesson will be provided from the time of connection. Where this is not possible, equivalent compensation (additional credit or extended lesson) will be offered.
・ 生徒側の接続問題：レッスン開始から15分以内に解決できない場合、原則としてクレジットは消化扱いとなります。個別の事情により柔軟に対応する場合があります。
・ 講師側または当社側の問題：クレジットは即時返還され、代替日程を提供します。
・ 原因不明の接続問題：接続時間の合計が15分未満の場合、クレジットを返還します。
Student-side issues: If the student cannot connect within 15 minutes and the issue cannot be resolved, the lesson will generally be treated as used. Individual circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Teacher or JawsChat-side issues: The credit is returned immediately and an alternative time is offered.
Indeterminate issues: If total connected time is less than 15 minutes and no fault is determinable, the credit will be returned in good faith.
生徒は以下の行動を禁止します：講師または当社スタッフへの差別的・ハラスメント的・脅迫的な言動、不適切または性的な内容を含む会話、レッスンの無断録画・録音、第三者へのアカウントの共有または譲渡、当社の知的財産の無断複製・配布。上記に違反した場合、当社は警告なしにサービスの提供を停止することができます。この場合、未使用クレジットの返金はいたしません。
Students must not engage in any of the following: discriminatory, harassing, or threatening behaviour toward teachers or staff; inappropriate or sexual conversation; recording lessons without prior written consent; sharing or transferring account access to any third party; reproducing or distributing our materials without permission. Violation may result in immediate suspension without warning and without refund of unused credits.
当社の講師はすべて、専門的かつ敬意ある対応を行う義務を負います。講師の行動についてご不満がある場合は、LINEまたはメールにてお知らせください。
All JawsChat teachers are bound by a professional code of conduct. If you have any concern about a teacher's conduct, please contact us via LINE or email. All complaints will be taken seriously and handled promptly and confidentially.
レッスンで使用されるすべての教材、活動ツール、コンテンツの著作権はPTV（JawsChat）に帰属します。生徒は個人的な学習目的においてのみこれらの教材を使用することができます。商業目的での使用、第三者への配布、複製、改変は禁止されています。
All lesson materials, activity tools, and content created by or for JawsChat are the intellectual property of PTV (Polmeartagami Ventures). Students may use materials for personal study only. Commercial use, distribution, reproduction, or modification without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
当社は、サービス提供のために以下の個人情報を収集します：氏名、メールアドレス、LINEアカウント情報、支払い情報（Stripeを通じて処理）、学習目標・レベル・興味に関する情報、レッスン記録・進捗情報。
We collect the following personal information to provide the service: name, email address, LINE account information, payment details (processed via Stripe), learning goals, level and interests, and lesson records and progress notes.
収集した個人情報は、レッスンの提供・予約管理・支払い処理・サービス改善・生徒へのご連絡のためにのみ使用します。第三者への販売または提供は行いません。ただし、法令上の義務がある場合を除きます。
Personal data is used solely for service delivery, booking management, payment processing, service improvement, and student communication. We do not sell or provide personal data to third parties, except where required by law.
退会後、個人情報は会計・法的要件を満たすために必要な期間（最大7年）保持されます。その後、安全に削除されます。個人情報の削除をご希望の場合は、LINEまたはメールにてご連絡ください。
Following cancellation, personal data is retained for the period required by applicable accounting and legal requirements (up to 7 years), then securely deleted. To request deletion of your personal data, contact us via LINE or email.
当社は、特定の学習成果（試験合格・スコア向上・流暢性の達成等）を保証するものではありません。英語力の向上は生徒の努力・継続性・個人差によって異なります。
We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, including exam results, score improvements, or fluency milestones. Progress varies between individuals and depends on student effort and consistency.
法令により認められる最大限の範囲において、当社の責任はお客様が支払われたサービス料金の総額を上限とします。当社は、間接的損害・逸失利益・事業機会の損失等については責任を負いません。
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to any student is limited to the total amount paid by that student for the service. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or any consequential damages.
本規約を変更する場合、変更発効の14日前までにLINEまたはメールにてご通知します。重大な変更の場合は30日前にご通知します。変更後も本サービスを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
We will notify you of any changes to these Terms at least 14 days before they take effect, or 30 days in advance for material changes, via LINE or email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。本規約に関する紛争については、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。当社は誠意をもって紛争の解決に努め、法的手続きの前に話し合いによる解決を優先します。
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan. We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith and will always seek resolution through communication before any formal legal process.
